'Jamberry' Sapphire Sea Nail Wrap Review

Sorry for not updating lately, I moved to another country this year (again 😛) so I've been quite busy settling in 😊 But I'm free now, so here's a long overdue review on Jamberry's gorgeous nail wraps! They sent me a selection of their Disney and Marvel sets to review so I've chosen my favourite set to start off with - Sapphire Sea! Ariel is my absolute fave Disney princess so I had to try her set first and they're so damn pretty 💙

Here's the nail wrap pack they sent me! I love the purple theme and it all looks so professional. It came with all the tools you need, a heater and easy to follow instructions 😊

Here's a close up of the set I chose to use first, 'Sapphire Sea'! I love anything Ariel and this set in particular really caught my eye, the colours and the design are just perfect 💙

Here's my nails before and after applying the wraps! I intentionally let my nails grow before doing this review haha. I have really small hands (one of the reasons my nickname is 'fairie') so I used all the wraps on the smaller scale 😊

As I said before, I adore the design! I love how you can mix and match them depending on what look you want. I also love how the design isn't so 'in your face' as being Disney - if you know Disney you'll recognise it straight away but if you don't they're still beautiful by themselves. I always prefer these types of designs with any of my accessories/clothes that are pop culture themed so I can wear them any time 😄

Only 4 stars for application because they can take quite a while to put on. Which is fine on a relaxing weekend afternoon or evening but I can't imagine having the time to put these on for a normal night out. In saying that I think I'd save them for a special occasion anyway 😊 Despite that, actually putting them on is super easy! The instructions are clear and everything they sent (the tools, heater) works as it should. You just need some patience for these babies but it's worth it!

I'm guessing if you put these on properly they last forever but I kind of did a rush job (opps) so the wraps started lifting around the edges a little bit the next day. However I've seen them last on other girls for over a week so I think next time I'll just take my time and hopefully they'll stay on longer!

Overall I love how these wraps look, I was pleasantly surprised to see they had them in sizes that would fit my tiny fairy hands and the company themselves were very professional and lovely to communicate with. If you wanna try something cute and new for your nails then definitely give these a go! 😄

'PinkyParadise' Geo HoliCat Barbie Cat Hazel Review

Hey cuties!

I'm reviewing another pair of lenses from my favourite circle lens company PinkyParadise today :) They're called 'Geo HoliCat Barbie Cat Hazel' and I chose them to cosplay Kotori ❤

The lenses came securely wrapped along with a cute macaroon lens case and a random free gift (this hair clip thingy keeps your fringe out of your face while doing your make up! Really useful) The little box the lenses came in is so cute! You'll just need to store the lenses in the macaroon case as they don't come in vials :)

[ Colour ]

These lenses are a soft hazel that blends pretty well with my natural eye colour. The limbal ring is a dark brown so looks more natural than lenses with black rings. The colour isn't very bright but I really love how natural they look, so if you're after some hazel lenses that look more realistic you'll like these :)

[ Enlargement ]

They're only 14.5mm wide so not as big as other lenses, but they still definitely make your eyes look big and dolly like because of the limbal ring.

[ Comfort ]

Super comfortable, after a few blinks I couldn't tell I was wearing lenses at all! Could easily wear these all day at a con.

Like I said before I picked these to wear as Kotori, I think they're perfect for her! ^_^ I reviewed the wig I'm wearing here~

So yeah! These lenses are super pretty, I highly recommend them if you want some natural but still large hazel circle lenses for cosplay or lolita :)

'Ruler Cosplay' Kotori Wig Review

Hello again! (✿◠‿◠)

Another review so quickly! I have some spare time over the summer to make these, yay ^_^ Today I'm reviewing a Kotori wig sent to me from Ruler Cosplay! Kotori is my best girl so I have to cosplay her :p

The wig came nice and fast and neatly packed with their logo on the bag. Very helpful to find it amongst all my wigs haha :p

[ photos ]

The side ponytail is a separate part that you clip onto the base wig. I love this as it creates a lot of volume! Also, this is a small thing but a big deal for me - the fringe was already styled!! Usually the fringe is never styled so this was a pleasant surprise. I chucked on the wig straight from the bag and it was ready to go :D

5 stars! The colour is a mousy brown/light blonde, it's perfect for Kotori who has a very specific hair colour.

Super comfortable, easily fit all my hair underneath the wig cap and it wasn't too tight or anything. Could easily wear this all day at a con ^_^

Another 5 stars, this wig is super soft and barely tangled. Any tangles I got wearing it were easily brushed out. I love how thick it is, great for Kotori because she has so much hair!

I wore this wig cosplaying Kotori in her idolised Chinese outfit! I also reviewed the lenses I'm wearing here ( ﾉ^ω^)ﾉﾟ

So in summary - I love this wig!! It's really accurate to Kotori's kinda weird hairstyle and colour with lots of volume and soft fibers that don't tangle. I highly recommend it! ♥
