Vassen / i.fairy Super Crystal Green Review

Hello! (✿◠‿◠)
Today I'm reviewing a pair of lenses from one of my favourite i.fairy series, Super Crystal in green! (aka Vassen Pretty Crystal) You can find these at PinkyParadise!

[ Lens Info ]
Brand / i.fairy
Origin / South Korea
Diameter / 16.2mm
Base Curve / 8.6mm
Water Content / 55%
Life Span / Yearly

[ Colour ]
These lenses are a lovely forest green with little bits of darker green so they're not a solid colour. The inner ring just fades in so I think they look really nice on light eyes! They're quite opaque and blend with my natural colour really well ^_^

[ Enlargement ]
They don't have a limbal ring but trust me they'll still make your eyes look huge! Just in a more natural way, but still very dolly :)

[ Comfort ]
I.fairy's lenses are always super comfortable! Can't tell I'm wearing them. 5 stars! :D

I love wearing these lenses as Vanille from Final Fantasy XIII, I think they're perfect for her! ❤ (note - my costume was made by an amazing cosplayer named Astellcia!)

[ Cosplay photos ]

I think these lenses are perfect for cosplaying video game characters (like Final Fantasy!) where you want larger eyes but without the black limbal ring like anime characters have. I highly recommend them! ( ^▽^)

Also don't forget if you shop at PinkyParadise to use my code 'TailsCosplay' for a cute free animal lense case and mystery gift!

'Wigaholic' Wig Review

Hello hello! ✌(◕‿-)✌

Long time no see! Life has pretty hectic for me lately with no time for cosplay or reviews ^_^; But I'm free now so here's a review I've been meaning to do for a while :)
Wigaholic sent me their 80cm long white wig to review! It's out of stock now BUT they have so many other gorgeous wigs in their store, you have to check them out!

Here's what they sent me! (it arrived super fast!) They were kind enough to also send a hairnet, wig stand and wig brush, how generous is that? The wig brush is SO HANDY by the way, I highly recommend getting one! Normal brushes can make wigs go static-y, but this one worked perfectly without any frizz :D

[ Photos ]

[ Colour ]
An easy 5 stars - white as snow! ❄️ (I recommend reconsidering how you do your make up with a pure white wig as it'll make any colour you add to your face really stand out because of the contrast - but this also means white is a good choice if you want colourful make up to really pop!)

[ Comfort ]
Giving 4/5 stars because while the wig was very comfortable to wear, I couldn't quite fit all of my hair underneath the cap. Although in saying that, my hair is very long and extremely thick, so my opinion here is slightly bias! I'm sure for anyone with a normal amount of hair could fit all their hair underneath :)

[ Quality ]
Super soft and not shiny at all, which is really great considering how long it is, one quick brush and it was silky smooth. It's not super thick though - but because this is usually the case with longer wigs I'm not surprised, from my experience I'm sure their shorter wigs will be thicker. As long as you just plan on wearing this wig down there's no issue with how thick it is ^_^ (just can't tie it up!)

I put together a quick gijinka of Marie from The Aristocats to model this wig - she's just so cute!(* ̄∇ ̄*)I've already reviewed the lenses I'm wearing (i.fairy Nova Blue) here!

This wig is super pretty and I'll definitely be buying some wigs from their store - they sell heaps of pretty pastel wigs that can be worn outside of cosplay! Here are some handy links to all the places you can find Wigaholic!

Vassen / i.fairy Jewel Brown Review

Hello~! (^3^)
Today I'm reviewing a pair of lenses from an older favourite series of mine, i.fairy's Jewel Brown ❤ (aka Vassen Jewel Brown) You can find these at PinkyParadise!

[ Lens Info ]
Brand / i.fairy / Vassen
Origin / South Korea
Diameter / 16.2mm
Base Curve / 8.6mm
Water Content / 42%
Life Span / Yearly

[ Close up photos ]

(sorry I forgot the indoors photo! orz)

[ Colour ]
These lenses are a soft hazel with a darker brown limbal ring, I think the shade is quite pretty! They blend quite nicely with my real eye colour, so even though you can see a bit of blue poking through the lenses still like quite natural. I specifically wear these when I cosplay characters with light brown/honey coloured eyes :3

[ Enlargement ]
Safe to say these lenses are huge! Even though they don't have a solid limbal ring like other circle lenses they will still make your eyes look much larger, just with a softer look.

[ Comfort ]
I never have any issues with i.fairy's lenses, after a few blinks I can't even tell I'm wearing them :)

I'm cosplaying Saya Takagi from Highschool of the Dead wearing these! The anime is ridiculous but I love it :D

[ Cosplay photos ]

All in all I think these are a gorgeous pair of light brown circle lenses that look really good on naturally light eyes!

Super Pinky Bright Red Review

Hello hello! (≧◡≦)/*
I was travelling around Europe for a while there but now I'm back so can start reviewing again! Today I'm reviewing a pair of gorgeous lenses that PinkyParadise were kind enough to sponsor me, their Super Pinky lenses in Bright Red! (thank you! ❤)

[ Lens Info ]
Brand / Super Pinky
Origin / South Korea
Diameter / 15mm
Base Curve / 8.6mm
Water Content / 42%
Life Span / Yearly

[ Close up photos ]

[ Colour ]
As you can see these lenses are fully opaque and a gorgeous shade of red. In sunlight they are super bright! The edge is a bit darker than the middle and fades in so they're not blocky at all. They completely cover my natural blue colour and fade in the inner circle to blend in, so while you can see a little bit of blue around my pupil the contrast isn't harsh at all. I'm quite impressed! Usually red+pink contacts look so fake on me but these don't.

[ Enlargement ]
As you can see they make my eyes look huge. They don't have a solid black limbal ring but because the outer edge is darker they still have an enlarging effect. I think this style of lenses would be good for game/comic book characters rather than anime because they lack a solid black ring. (but it depends on your preference!)

[ Comfort ]
With 42% water content these are really comfortable and don't feel dry at all. I wore them out all day and at the end of the day my eyes felt a bit tired but not uncomfortable (and cosplay make up makes my eyes feel tired too)

Decided to costest Nico to review these as I am still as obsessed with playing Love Live as ever and Nico is SO CUTE

[ Cosplay photos ]

So all in all these lenses are AMAZING, especially if you have light eyes like me! They look as natural as red lenses can look and they're still so dolly. I think they'd also look great for any vampire characters :D

Also don't forget if you shop at PinkyParadise to use my code 'TailsCosplay' for a cute free animal lense case and mystery gift!

EOS Ice Blue Review

Hello hello!
First entry of the new year! Today I'm reviewing some really pretty lenses, EOS Ice in blue! You can find these at PinkyParadise (ใฃ'ะท')ใฃ

[ Lens Info ]
Brand / EOS
Origin / South Korea
Diameter / 14.8mm
Base Curve / 8.8mm
Water Content / 38%
Life Span / Yearly

[ Close up photos ]

[ Colour ]
These lenses are a super pretty sky blue with a thin black limbal ring that blend in perfectly with my natural colour! The blue isn't solid, it has a few different shades that makes them look more natural. Also the inner ring of the blue is a bit jagged and fades which helps it blend in too! These lenses are PERFECT for naturally light eyes!

[ Enlargement ]
The black limbal ring is quite thin and also jagged, so while they still make your eyes look bigger and super dolly they look quite natural for circle lenses and are smaller than others I've tried. I wouldn't buy these for enlargement, but I was fine with this though because I thought they'd look pretty and they do! So gorgeous lenses, but if looking for huge blue eyes check out some of the other blue lenses I've reviewed (^3^)

[ Comfort ]
These lenses are sooo comfortable I can't tell I'm wearing them at all! EOS lenses have always been really easy to wear :)

Wearing these as Asuka from Neon Genesis! I love her

[ Cosplay photos ]

So yeah! I highly recommend these lenses if you have naturally light eyes or are looking for a slightly toned down dolly look. They're just so pretty (≧◡≦)
