'Harajuku In Wonderland' Wig Review

Hello!

Today I'm reviewing Harajuku In Wonderland's Yuno Gasai wig :D That's this cute psychopath here if you haven't seen Mirai Nikki yet (I highly recommend you do!)

[ Colour ]

As you can see it's a super pretty bubblegum pink that perfectly matches Yuno's hair, I really love the colour! (most of my clothes are this colour, heh heh)

[ Comfort ]

★★★★★
Really comfortable wig, not scratchy at all and not too tight. The wig cap itself was big enough to hide all my hair without giving me a headache (I have A LOT of hair) so this was a big bonus for me. You can clip the clasps at the back together to secure it to your head too.

[ Quality ]

The wig fibers are really soft and are only shiny under artificial light. The photos I took above are in natural light, and as you can see the wig isn't shiny at all. I really love this wig because I hate shiny wigs! The wig is also really thick, you can't see the wefts at the split at the back or around the fringe at the front. Aside from being pink, this wig looks pretty natural.

One thing I really love about this wig is that it came prestyled with all the tails already separated and tied up with rubber bands which saved me a lot of time! I only had to cut the fringe, even the 'flicky out bits' on the sides were already styled into the wig. I am a wig fiend, and I'm very impressed!

Geo Nova Violet / Xtra WT-B41 Review

Long time no see! I've been busy studying but I'm on a break now so I can do some more reviews, yay! Today I'm reviewing Geo Xtra WT-B41 in violet, also known as Nova Violet (they're the same design as the Vassen Nova series)

★★★★☆

Giving the colour 4 stars because it's not as vibrant as other violet lenses I've seen. However, it is a very pretty 'milky' violet that blends really well with my natural light blue eyes. So if you want lenses that look more natural on light eyes rather then bright ones, I definitely recommend these.

[ Enlargement ]

★★★★☆

The black limbal ring makes my eyes look way bigger, perfect for anime cosplay. However they're not as large as the Vassen version of the Nova series so I'm giving them 4 stars.

[ Comfort ]

★★★★★

Super comfortable, I could only feel them when I put them in and after a few blinks I couldn't tell. After wearing them all day my eyes felt a bit tired but as soon as I took them out I was fine.

I tried these out as my favourite idol, Maki from Love Live ♥ So addicted to that game!

Pincinc Review

Hello cuties!

I'm really excited about today's review :D I was lucky enough to be asked by Pincinc to review some of their adorable products and share them with you!

Here's what they sent me in it's original packing. Everything came wrapped and sealed, very professional and the packaging is so cute!

[ Retro Gamer Tee ]

I got mine in size S, it's super comfortable! It came nicely wrapped in a bow and with a little note saying how to wash it. The Gameboy print is adorable, I'll always have a soft spot for the old gameboys ♥ You can find it here~

[ Pretty Bow Necklace ]

I love this necklace so much!! The design is simple and adorable, I'm already mentally matching it with all my tops and dresses ^_^ It's really solid too, I can't imagine I'd ever be able to accidentally break it. You can find it here!

[ Mermaid Shell Hairclips ]

If you love mermaids like I do you'll love these clips ♥ The shell is a pretty pink with a little blue bow, such an adorable design! It's made from the same sturdy plastic as the necklace, and the hairclip itself is made from thick metal - won't break and perfect for keeping your hair in place! You can find them here :) 

[ Gameboy Phone Charm ]

This little guy is my favourite item, he's just so cute!! Same gameboy design as the shirt, and made from the same hard plastic as the jewelry :) I've appropriately attached him to my 3DS hehe ♥ You can get your own one here!

[ Bow Kitty Zipper Pouch ]

If you're looking for a new pencil case, make up bag or console holder, why not get one this cute? I'm using mine to hold my 3DS (it'd fit a XL 3DS too) The fabric and zipper are high quality, and I can feel a layer of foam in between the fabric too - great protection for whatever you put inside! These lenses are so solidly pink it's crazy! They completely cover my natural colour and are really bright. The black limbal ring is pretty thick which makes them stand out even more. These lenses look super unnatural, so I wouldn't recommend them for normal wear but they are perfect for anime cosplays!

[ Enlargement ]

I found these lenses were pretty small compared to some of my other ones, but the limbal ring still makes your eyes look huge. I think the lack in size in worth it though, these are definitely the best pink lenses I've come across in terms of colour and brightness!

[ Comfort ]

Super comfortable, I've had these lenses for a while now and they still pop in easy, I can't tell I'm wearing them at all even after a few hours.

The colour is such a pretty sky blue, it blends in perfectly with my natural blue/grey eyes. I originally got these to cosplay Usagi from Sailor Moon Crystal, and they're perfect! I highly recommend these for anime character cosplays ^_^ While the limbal ring is black, it is lot a solid line. It wavers a bit on the inside which I really liked - it gives that anime look without looking too fake.

[ Enlargement ]

As you can see, these lenses make your eyes huge! They're probably the biggest looking lenses I own, with the limbal ring making them look bigger. You'll definitely need to wear falsies with these to balance them out.

[ Comfort ]

They are so comfortable and easy to put in! I popped them in in a second and I couldn't tell I was wearing them at all. Usually with lenses I need to blink a lot to get used to them but these ones felt invisible. I highly recommend this brand for sensitive eyes!

Geo Starmish Brown / XKP-304 Review

Welcome to my first circle lens review on my new blog, yay! ( ﾉ^ω^)ﾉﾟ

Today I'm reviewing a pair of Geo Starmish Brown (also known as XKP-304) lenses that PinkyParadise were kind enough to sponsor me ♥

Here are the lenses as they arrived, in their cute little vials with the GEO authenticity stickers. PinkyParadise sent me a free animal case to keep them in too! (I think these ones are fish?)

As you can see I have light blue eyes, which makes finding circle lenses that'll cover my natural colour kinda tricky sometimes. With these lenses you can still see the blue but only in direct sunlight, so I'm pretty happy with how they look on me :)

[ Colour ]

★★★★★

These lenses are a really pretty amber brown with a dark brown limbal ring. The ring isn't solid, it blends into the middle a bit so it looks more natural than other lenses that have a perfect circular limbal ring. The coloured part of the lenses are completely opaque, my natural colour doesn't show except for right in the middle around my pupil. Giving 5 stars because I really like the colour and it definitely 'shows up' on my eyes.

[ Enlargement ]

★★★★☆

14.5mm is about the middle size when it comes to circle lenses. These make my eyes look much larger but are smaller than other lenses I own. They give a dolly look without being too big, so I think they'd be good for gyaru/lolita looks or cosplaying not so cutesy characters. I would only recommend them for everyday wear if you're going to do the make up to match to balance them out. (with falsies, eyeliner etc)

[ Comfort ]

★★★☆☆

Not sure if my eyes were just having a sensitive day or not but I found these lenses were somewhat tricky to put in because they seemed to dry out quickly and my eyes did ache a few hours after putting them in. In saying that, I've worn GEO lenses before all day and had no problems so it could have just been because I was tired after a day at work. I think if I tried them on in the morning for a day out they'd be more comfortable.

I originally got these to cosplay Petra from Attack on Titan, so here's my costest of her to give an idea of what they look like with cosplay make up :)
